Reading in this pandemic has been incredibly challenging. I used to listen to audiobooks on the way to-and-from day care every day. Without that time in the car and so tired all the time, reading had mostly fallen by the wayside.
This photo popped up from this day 3 years ago. My grandma had recently moved from one side of Wisconsin to the other to a memory care unit in my hometown, to be near my aunt. I was visiting and brought my 6-month-old #rainbowbaby to visit my grandma.
Yesterday was #nationalloveyourpetday and all of these FB memories popped up from years past with my cat, Libby. Libby passed away in August of 2020 and seeing all of the photos of her made me ache.
I'm getting really, really sick of staying in. Being so isolated from people we love is compounded by the weather keeping us from enjoying the outdoors.
